Can I cancel my order after I've made a purchase on the website?
Cancellations are made on a per request basis. If our customer support is able to catch the order before it ships, it will be canceled at no cost. If the order has been shipped before the cancellation request was able to be processed, the order can no longer be canceled. Where do you ship from?
Primarily we ship out from fulfillment centers in Delaware and California. If the item you've purchased is out of inventory in your nearest location we'll send it directly from our production lines at the same delivery times as stated in our shipping section.
